I am Professor of Sociology at the University of Western Ontario, a member of the College of New Scholars of the Royal Society of Canada, the Editor of Police, Practice & Research, and sit on various academic, governmental and other committees. In my spare time, I run #CrimComm with my colleague Prof. Aili Malm. For the time being, I’m also a member of the RSC Covid Taskforce and the Chair of its working group on mental health and policing.
